PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Live “online and in person” events can be canceled with full refund 24hours before the event starts.
• Telecalls, online programs, 1 off calls will not be refunded as the customer will receive links to recordings and preparation material straight away after payment
• Memberships have to be canceled by emailing to info@yasodhararomerofernandes.com 5 working days before the start of the next month, otherwise it will be canceled the month after.
• For physical products (t-shirt & bags) Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY :

• For online programs and live events, shipping is not applicable, all communication will be handled through email
• The multiple booking / orders / shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
• We deliver our physical products to all Countries. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. 
• Delivery will be from 4 to 10 working Days. Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
